Israel Peña, President As the founder of Authentic Custom Homes, LLC. Israel has conveyed a clear vision to the team and set high standards of excellence. He is recognized in the local area for his innovation in design, creative details and the distinctive character of his homes. Israel is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelors degree in Architecture. “If you had the opportunity to get to know Israel Pena, the man that is Authentic Custom Homes and everyone that works there, you would understand why you end up with a well built home. Adrianne Peña Carnes, Director of Operations A true believer in team work Adrianne manages the great team of people working at Authentic Custom Homes, LLC. Her organizational abilities are utilized to ensure that the daily activities of the company operate efficiently. Teri Froetschel, Director of Client Services. A design resource for our team, Teri works with our clients during the design/build education process, design phase, construction phase and move in. Her design talent partnered with our client’s vision creates a home with unique details, functionality and value. She has over 25 years of experience in the residential design/build business as the Owner of Willis Homes of El Paso and Signature Elements, a boutique furniture, finishes and framing showroom. Teri has a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from Texas Christian University.
Sally Peña, Office Manager and Marketing Coordinator. Sally Peña provides support to the team of Authentic Custom Homes. Her eagerness to help is valuable to her role in coordinating service requests for our clients, handling accounts payable, producing project based marketing pieces and assisting our design department in editing. She is a graduate of Schreiner University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and a graduate of Texas State with a Masters degree in Recreation and Leisure Services – Recreation Management.
Ted Robinson, Project Manager Ted is a project manager for Authentic Custom Homes and has been in the construction business for over 25 years. Ted is a ‘get things done’ kind of guy and he takes great pride in creating the highest quality homes on time and on budget, while maintaining a meaningful relationship with our clients.“My building supervisor, Ted, was superb in attending to detail and in providing follow-up.” – Sandy Ragan
Hollie Scott Sanchez, Architect. Hollie is a graduate of Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design and a Masters degree in Architecture. She is a licensed member of the American Institute of Architects and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. To accompany her education in architecture, Hollie is a LEED AP certified professional. Hollie’s passion for design offers our client’s an enthusiastic experience while creating the home they dreamed of creating.
Eric Fields, Construction Assistant / Service Representative Our company’s dedication to excellence is apparent through the service and attention to detail that Eric provides. Kim Gauntt, Decorator Kim is an integral part of our design / build process. With many years of experience, she assists clients as they make numerous selections of materials, colors and fixtures. The final result being a palette of selections unique to each client and home.“We have a wonderful designer, Kim, to work with us on our selections and to improve aspects of the design.
