Adrianne Peña Carnes, Director of Operations

Jim Terrian, Design Specialist

Jim has been working with Israel since the inception of Authentic Custom Homes, LLC. for over 25 years. As an invaluable team member, Jim partners with Israel on the design of our one-of-a-kind custom homes. He also actively participates with our Project Manager to ensure that every detail is implemented and that the design to construction transition is seamless.

Sally Peña, Marketing Assistant

Sally Peña provides administrative support to the staff of the Sales & Marketing Department. Sally’s responsibilities include general research, clerical and project based designs. Sally’s primary responsibility is in-house marketing through graphic design projects. Sally came to Authentic Custom Homes with enthusiasm and to offer computer proficiency.

Laura Benson, Office Coordinator

Laura Benson is the Office Coordinator for Authentic Custom Homes. Laura’s focus on our client’s experience ensures that the process of design / build is pleasurable and efficient. Her friendly approach offers an inviting atmosphere for our office and all communications.

Ted Robinson, Project Manager

Ted is a project manager for Authentic Custom Homes and has been in the construction business for over 25 years. Ted is a 'get things done' kind of guy and he takes great pride in creating the highest quality homes on time and on budget.

Brent Mathison, Project Manager

Brent is a project manager for Authentic Custom Homes and is known for his attention to details, straightforward honest approach, and his strong work ethic. Brent has over 18 years of construction experience.

Carol Hensley, Estimator

Carol Hensley is the Estimator for Authentic Custom Homes. Carol’s immense estimating experience provides accurate and thorough information for the estimating of our homes.  

She works with our design department and project managers to supply pricing information for both plans and construction.

Lynda Adams, Accounts Manager

Lynda is the Accounts Manager for Authentic Custom Homes and is responsible for accounts payable, financial reporting, and allowance recaps. Lynda has over twenty five years experience in accounting and worked several years in commercial real estate.

Gustavo A. Guerra, CADD Designer

Gus is a CADD designer with Pena Terrian & Associates and is also a talented graphic designer. Gus has almost ten years of CADD experience in commercial design, engineering, and residential design. He is a natural with computers and has taught himself many of the applications he uses. Gus has a wife and two young children and lives in San Antonio.

Kim Gauntt, Designer

Kim is an integral part of our design / build process. With many years of experience, she assists clients as they make numerous selections of materials, colors and fixtures. The final result being a palette of selections unique to each client and home.
