Meet the Design/Build relationship team

Israel Peña, President –
As the founder of Authentic Custom Homes, LLC. Israel has conveyed a clear vision to the team and set high standards of excellence. He is recognized in the local area for his innovation in design, creative details and the distinctive character of his homes. Israel is a graduate of the University of Texas with a Bachelors degree in Architecture.

Adrianne Peña Carnes, Director of Operations – A true believer in team work, Adrianne manages the great team of people working at Authentic Custom Homes, LLC.

Her organizational abilities are utilized to ensure that the daily activities of the company operate efficiently. Adrianne maintains an excellent rapport with our clients and is available to assist them as needed to ensure a positive experience.

Sally Peña, Construction Coordinator – Sally Peña’s editing skills, estimate knowledge, and eagerness to help is invaluable to our design department. Sally ensures that plans and specifications translate from the field to our office seamlessly. She also coordinates with project managers to organize pre-construction activities including permitting and utility initiations. She is a graduate of Schreiner University with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and a graduate of Texas State with a master’s degree in recreation and leisure services management. Sally is very active in the community and volunteers on the Boerne Family YMCA advisory board, Spring Creek United Methodist Church mission council, Meadowlands Charter School mentoring, and Hill Country Family Services.

Ted Robinson, Vice President of Construction – Ted is Authentic Custom Homes’ Vice President of Construction and has been in the construction business for over 25 years. Ted is a ‘get things done’ kind of guy and he takes great pride in creating the highest quality homes on time and on budget, while maintaining a meaningful relationship with our clients.

Danielle West, Service Executive

Danielle is the smiling face that greets you at the office and the friendly voice who answers the phone. Her attention to our client’s satisfaction motivates her to provide exceptional service during and beyond the process of designing and building our client’s homes.

Terry shares, with us, her experience of working with Shell Oil for 40 years. She ensures that our client’s understand our processes and that they are provided with the information they need.
