You probably know which city you want or need to live in, but have you considered which area of town you prefer? Prioritize your needs
Think about the things you need most in your piece of land.

Know your budget

Research ARC and HOA requirements
Many Boerne and Hill Country neighborhoods have an Architectural Review Committee or Homeowners Association that puts parameters around the size and style of homes built in those communities.
When considering neighborhoods in which to buy land, ask for a copy of the ARC or HOA’s rules and make sure you’re okay building your home according to their rules. If you’re not, it’s time to look elsewhere.
