Our model home in Cordillera Ranch has sold; even though we know the new owners will take excellent care of it, we’re sad to see it go. So many of its features have become the team’s favorites, and I want to give everyone one last look.
A welcoming exterior
The outside of this home has a little bit of a Mediterranean feel, with a red tile roof, arched windows and entrances, and wrought iron accents. It’s a space that’s private without being intimidating — and there’s plenty of parking.
A modern interior
Once you’re inside the home, the Mediterranean touches give way to clean lines and modern accents. The entryway and living areas are open and inviting, and the wall of windows along the back of the home makes the beautiful view part of the decor.
The kitchen of your dreams
The finest chef would be right at home in this spacious kitchen. Storage is plentiful, as is counter space. And of course every appliance is top-of-the-line, as well as energy efficient.
Large bedrooms and bathrooms
All of the bedrooms are bright and airy, and the master suite is absolute heaven. Large, double-paned windows let in the views and light while keeping heat and cold out, and the master bathroom has a soaker tub and enormous closet.
Plenty of outdoor space
One of the best things about living in Cordillera Ranch is the views — and the new homeowner will have every opportunity to enjoy them.
Whether they prefer spending time grilling and hanging out at the pool on the ground floor, or sipping their morning coffee on the second-story balcony, they’re guaranteed uninterrupted views of the beautiful Texas Hill Country.
